for Solsta Hotel/Leif Eriksson Hotels AB
1. General
These terms of use apply to booking and staying at Solsta Hotell/Leif Eriksson Hotels AB. By booking a room with us, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
- A booking is binding when you have received a written confirmation via email from us or via our booking partner.
- Always check the confirmation to ensure that all information is correct. Any errors must be reported immediately.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
- Payment is made according to the options offered when booking (e.g. card payment, invoice, payment on site).
- Solsta Hotell reserves the right to take an advance payment or deposit.
4. Cancellation and no-show
- Cancellation must be made within the time frame specified at the time of booking.
- In case of no-show, the full amount for the first night will be charged, unless otherwise agreed.
- Special offers, promotional rates or non-refundable bookings may have special conditions.
5. Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 16:00 (unless otherwise stated).
- Check-out: latest by 11:00 (unless otherwise stated).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be offered subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Guest responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for following the hotel's rules and regulations.
- Guests are responsible for damage to hotel rooms or furnishings that occurs through negligence or intent.
- Smoking is prohibited in all rooms and premises. In case of violation, a cleaning fee will be charged. If the fire alarm is triggered due to smoking, we reserve the right to charge the fire service fee for checking and resetting the fire alarm, which amounts to a cost of 6,158 SEK plus VAT.
- Pets are not allowed at Solsta Hotell.
7. Hotel's responsibility
- Solsta Hotell is not responsible for valuables left in the room or at the hotel.
- In the event of events beyond our control ("force majeure"), such as strikes, fires or government decisions, we disclaim liability for non-performance of services.
8. Personal data
- Leif Eriksson Hotels AB processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

9. Disputes
- Any disputes are resolved primarily through dialogue with the hotel's customer service.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved, you can contact the General Complaints Board (ARN) or a general court in Sweden.
10. Changes to the terms and conditions
Leif Eriksson Hotels AB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The latest version is always published on our website.
